| Abstract (English): | The article focuses on the ruling of the Superior Court of Justice of Castilla y León, which dismisses the appeal by the company Inver Generación 14, S.L. seeking exceptional use authorizations on rural land for two photovoltaic installations in Renedo de Esgueva. The Court concludes that positive administrative silence does not apply and that the denial is justified by a negative sectoral report indicating incompatibilities with urban planning regulations, territorial planning, and landscape protection. Furthermore, it is highlighted that the company did not demonstrate a specific and prevailing public interest nor justify the need to locate the plants on rural land, showing a business interest without direct benefit to the local population.
