| Abstract: | Easy, speedy dinner. Serves 2 Ingredients 4 Cumberland sausages, skinned 2 garlic cloves, crushed 4 sage leaves, finely chopped 1 tsp light brown soft sugar 3 tbsp crispy onions ½ a small red onion, finely sliced 1 tsp olive oil ¼ tsp chilli flakes (optional) 4 small flour tortillas 4 eggs Hot sauce, chunky guacamole Method 1 Squeeze the sausage meat into a bowl and combine with the garlic, sage, sugar, crispy onions, red onions, olive oil, chilli flakes (if using) and a pinch of seasoning. Spread over the tortillas, creating a small indented circle in the middle of each. Arrange in the air fryer in one layer (you cook in batches) and cook at 180C for 6-7 mins until the meat is crispy and golden. with 2 Crack an egg into the indent in the middle of each tostada and return to the air fryer for 4-6 mins until the white is set but the yolk is runny.
