Abstract: The article discusses the low-energy methodology of nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy in the complex molecular systems of living cells. It describes the scope of NMR spectroscopy for cell biology by increasing the signal-to-noise ratio to enhance the methodological and technological nuclear magnetism in molecules. It presents a variety of applications developed in probing the macromolecular structure, dynamics, and interactions with liquid state NMR spectroscopy of living cells.
