| Abstract: | In this article the author offers tips on what to do if someone else is using a user's public Internet Protocol (IP) address. The author recommends to change the password of the Wi-Fi network and to tighten the router's security to prevent a neighbor from hacking into the network and using it without permission. The author also suggests for users to ask their Internet service provider (ISP) to provide them a new IP address to solve the said illegal activity. |
