The article focuses on time-management research and the use of time-use libraries to study changes in time use from 1961 to 2015. It states that the Centre for Time Use Research at the University of Oxford in Great Britain has started giving people a small camera to snap a stream of pictures of their day and an electronic fitness tracker in addition to completing a handwritten diary. It comments on the effect multitasking and social media use has on perceptions of being busier. |
