Abstract: For a class of Sierpinski-type self-affine measures on R 2 , a characterization for all maximal orthogonal sets of exponentials is given. By this characterization, a sufficient condition for a maximal orthogonal set to be a basis of L 2 ( μ ) is given. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
