Abstract: Brief information is given on the NTP servers of the All-Russia Research Institute of Physicotechnical and Radio Measurements (VNIIFTRI). Data of experimental investigations performed for the purpose of determining the real divergence of the system time scales of client computers relative to UTC(SU) in synchronization with respect to a group of Stratum 1 level NTP servers as well as the results of remote monitoring of the time scales of NTP servers are presented.
