| Abstract: |
In some sense, the ENIAC needs no introduction. Essentially everyone in the computing field has heard of the machine and knows that it was a very early electronic computing system. Many have seen the small subsets of the ENIAC on display in various museums. A number of books have been written about it, e.g., [1] and [2], and it is discussed in many others, e.g., [3] and [4]. However, some background is in order before discussing the details of the ENIAC’s operation and simulation. [ABSTRACT FROM PUBLISHER] |
