| Abstract: | In this paper, we study a class of binary nonlinear feedback shift register sequences generated by cascaded feedback registers, one is an LFSR and the other one generates a de Bruijn sequence. The cycle structure (in particular, the initial state of each cycle) is determined by solving a system of linear equations. As an application, we can generate de Bruijn sequences of large period algorithmically. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
