| Abstract: | We believe that the special issue will encourage further research in the area of Sleptsov nets and practical implementation of a Sleptsov net computer. So this was the beginning of my fruitful 25 year friendship with Prof Dimity Zaitsev & Prof Anatoly Sleptsov. And so Prof Sleptsov recommended Prof Dimitry Zaitsev for the upcoming training that was held in November 1995 in the Russian Academic Town of Apatity in the Arctic Kola Peninsula.
