Abstract: In order to ensure accurate positioning of aeronautical phased-controlled radar array, electronic countermeasures, satellite tracking, etc., a specific low-loss steady-phase cable must be provided.During the use of the above equipment, vibration will inevitably occur. However, changes in the attenuation of the steady-phase cable due to vibration may cause positioning deviation and the like. This problem is more prominent in the process of localization at present. Customers often ask for attenuation vibration stability requirements at the more common frequency points such as 6, 18, 40 GHz when selecting industry products. In this paper, the steady-phase cable processing technology is analyzed, and a structural scheme to reduce the amplitude of the attenuation of the product during vibration is proposed. The internal structure of each part is adjusted and repeatedly verified to improve the vibration attenuation stability. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
