Abstract: Abstract: Using a symmetrizing operator, we give a new expression for the Omega operator used by MacMahon in Partition Analysis, and given a new life by Andrews, Paule and Riese. Our result is stated in terms of Schur functions. [Copyright &y& Elsevier]
