| Abstract: | This article reports that portable document software, a relatively new computer application, is used to digitize and display documents. Documents can be created using any major application software, such as a word processor or a spreadsheet program, and can be displayed on a computer that does not have the program loaded. Another important feature is device independence, which is the ability to view the document on different platforms in a form that resembles the original. One of the major products in this field is Adobe Acrobat, and it is quickly becoming the standard for portable document software and electronic publishing. |
