Abstract: This article describes an infant with multiple congenital anomalies who underwent laparoscopic insertion of a gastrostomy tube. Prior repair of congenital heart defects had resulted in complete heart block necessitating the implantation of an epicardial pacemaker. A photograph taken within the peritoneal cavity provides a unique view of the patient's subrectus pulse generator. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
