Abstract: The article discusses the evolving approach to the diagnosis and management of prostate cancer, particularly the shift towards a risk-based, imaging-driven biopsy strategy that minimizes unnecessary biopsies in men with elevated serum prostate-specific antigen (PSA) levels.
