| Abstract: | To reduce the network transmission delay and positioning error of positioning information, this paper proposes a real-time positioning method for autonomous vehicles considering network delay attacks. Firstly, by constructing virtual fence boundaries, additional reference information is provided for real-time vehicle positioning, improving the accuracy and reliability of positioning. Then, considering network latency attacks, the time difference is eliminated and the transmission delay of the sensor network is reduced through multisensor clock synchronization processing, and the sensor network is then used to collect vehicle location information. Finally, the HMM map matching algorithm was used to correct the positioning error, effectively improving the positioning accuracy and reliability of autonomous vehicles. The experimental results show that after applying this method, the end-to-end transmission delay of the vehicle position signal is always set within 0.8s, and the average positioning error increases from 0.09m to 0.15m.
