Since 55Fe, 63Ni, and 99Tc have relatively long half-lives and high mobility in the environment, they are considered important radionuclides in environmental samples such as groundwater and soil around the radioactive waste disposal sites. In this study, we aimed to develop and optimize a method for the sequential analysis of 55Fe, 63Ni, and 99Tc in groundwater from a radioactive waste disposal site. The optimized method was developed to handle a sample volume of more than 2 L for the purpose of environmental radioactivity monitoring. Quality assurance factors such as accuracy and precision were evaluated to validate the method, and the final developed method was applied to groundwater samples to confirm its applicability.
