| Abstract: | This article presents an Exclusion Basis System (EBS)-based re-keying technique on Nested Balanced Incomplete Block Design (NBIBD), near-resolvable NBIBD, and resolvable NBIBD with the repetition count of every pairwise element greater than or equal to one ( $ \mu _{2} \geq ~1 $ μ 2 ≥ 1) after ejecting a single, simultaneous two and n elements. It is observed that the re-keying message of NBIBD for a single ejection is smaller than that of a Symmetric Balanced Incomplete Block Design (SBIBD). Moreover, when $ \chi =2\kappa _{2} $ χ = 2 κ 2 or $ \chi =2\kappa _{2}+1 $ χ = 2 κ 2 + 1 , with $ \kappa _{2} \geq ~2 $ κ 2 ≥ 2 , the re-keying message of an NBIBD is similar to that of the EBS. However, when $ \kappa = \kappa _{2} = 2 $ κ = κ 2 = 2 , the re-keying message of the NBIBD coincides with that of Balanced Incomplete Block Design (BIBD); otherwise, it is smaller. If ejection increases in simultaneous odd/even order, then the re-keying message decreases in NBIBD for S. T.-I/S. T.-II. Furthermore, when simultaneous ejection increases, then the re-keying message decreases in a resolvable NBIBD with $ \mu _{2}= 1 $ μ 2 = 1. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
