| Abstract: |
In most applications of high-order harmonics, it is essential to isolate these harmonics from the driving field during the manufacturing process. We present a multilayer design developed to extract high-order harmonics from an enhancement cavity. A genetic algorithm was employed to optimize the broadband transmittance of the driving field (centered at 1.03 μm , supporting ∼30 fs pulses), resulting in significant, wavelength-independent reflectance for the extreme ultraviolet (EUV) harmonics.
