Abstract (English): This study analyzes how Flutter, a modern and versatile framework, is transforming the development of mobile applications in the retail sector. As a case study, an application was implemented at Ronny S.A.C., a hardware company, to optimize sales management and evaluate its impact on operational efficiency and customer experience. Due to its single code base, Flutter reduced development time, guaranteed high performance, and improved system interoperability. Additionally, it provided an intuitive and fluid interface for end users. The project adopted the agile Scrum methodology, which allowed flexibility and adaptations according to business needs. Based on Node.js for the server and MySQL as the database, the technical infrastructure provided a robust and reliable environment. The quantitative analysis showed significant results: faster sales, more satisfied customers, and substantially reduced response times. These results position Flutter as an innovative and effective retail solution, improving both customer experience and business results. As a next step, an artificial intelligence (AI) module is planned to be integrated to anticipate shopping preferences and provide personalized recommendations; this will increase customer loyalty and optimize commercial strategies, consolidating business competitiveness. Thus, this study demonstrates how technology, through Flutter, drives innovation and efficiency in the retail sector. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
[ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
