Abstract: The article focuses on the unusual planetary system of the star LHS 1903, a red dwarf about 116 light-years from Earth, which hosts four planets arranged with two rocky planets sandwiching two gaseous ones. This configuration challenges typical planetary formation models, where rocky planets form closer to the star and gas giants farther out.
