| Abstract: | This article focuses on the 2024 World Organisation for Systems and Cybernetics (WOSC) Congress theme, "Shaping Collaborative Ecosystems for Tomorrow," and the resulting special issue of Kybernetes that explores CyberSystemic approaches to complex ecosystems. It highlights diverse contributions addressing ecological, technological, organizational, and societal challenges through systemic thinking, including governance in agriculture, climate-resilient viticulture, sustainable fashion supply chains, environmental diagnostics, circular economy policies, and remote work dynamics. Central themes emphasize the importance of interactions, identity, governance, predictive and interpretive tools, and reflexivity in sustaining viable collaborative ecosystems. The issue underscores CyberSystemics as both an analytical framework and practical guide for fostering adaptive, learning ecosystems across human, technological, and natural domains.
