| Abstract: | To overcome limited global search and poor adaptability in photovoltaic parameter identification, this paper proposes a hybrid backpropagation neural network (CLBPNN) combining Tent chaotic mapping and Levy flight. The dual-enhanced framework boosts population diversity and escape from local optima, while neural networks refine local identification. Under a global-local optimization structure, the method improves accuracy and robustness. Experiments under varying conditions--such as temperature shifts, irradiation changes, and noise--verify CLBPNN's superior tracking and anti-interference performance, supporting efficient and intelligent PV system operation.
