| Abstract: | This paper focuses on investigating the existence and stability of periodic forced oscillation in an abstract parabolic equation subjected to a time‐periodic force within a given medium. This equation can be related to 2D Navier–Stokes hydrodynamic models under specific physical settings. First, we prove the existence of such periodic solutions, then we examine their local or global stability. Corresponding properties are pursued for solutions with high regularity.
