Abstract: Satellite constellations are designed to be independent and to make intelligent decisions to serve the purpose, it is evolved for with minimum human intervention. Efficient internetworking of satellites for optimum transmission of payload data with minimum latency is discussed. This manuscript discusses a novel algorithm to identify least-cost multi-hop paths across a dynamic satellite constellation in the LEO orbit. This method is suitable for autonomous and intelligent data routing among satellites in a constellation. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
