Hydrogen-electric aircraft composite shell panel structures coupled with rigid components (HEACSP-RC) is the crucial component of the aircraft. The coupling of rigid and flexible elements and the hygrothermal operating environment presents a significant challenge to its dynamic performance. To develop an effective dynamic model, this investigation presents a comprehensive modelling approach for HEACSP-RC. Initially, the fine-grained modelling of HEACSP-RC is conducted through the substructure concept and presents an improved material parameter matrix to characterize rigid shell panel components innovatively. Additionally, the hygrothermal effect on the structure is characterized in terms of hygrothermal potential energy. Consequently, a semi-analytical dynamic model of the HEACSP-RC suffering hygrothermal environment is established in this investigation. The dynamic equations are established by integrating the Rayleigh-Ritz method, multimode hypothesis method, virtual spring method and Lagrange equation. The correctness of the model is verified through stepwise comparison with finite element analysis and experiments, and a systematic key parameters analysis of HEACSP-RC are conducted, including rigid-flexible coupling interface connection, rigid component and hygrothermal circumstances, and reveal the parameter mechanisms in dynamic behaviors, which provides effective theoretical support for dynamic optimization design of hydrogen-electric aircraft.
