| Abstract: |
This article examines the mechanisms of adhesive bond formation at the interface between the substrate and the coating. A model of the adhesive intermediate layer is proposed, describing its structure and properties, which can be used to determine internal shrinkage and thermal stresses. The main patterns of changes in the adhesive strength of polymer powder coatings are established depending on initial, process, and operational factors, including the simultaneous action of several of these factors. Both data available in the scientific and technical literature and the results of experimental studies are used. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
