| Abstract: | The rapid development of artificial intelligence technologies is significantly transforming approaches to computer modeling and architectural visualization. In modern architecture and construction, there is an increasing demand for efficient, flexible, and automated design solutions, which determines the relevance of this research. The aim of the study is to develop and substantiate an information model for computer modeling and visualization based on artificial intelligence technologies, and to evaluate its effectiveness in architectural design tasks. The scientific and practical significance of the work lies in the proposed structured information model that integrates input data, AI-based processing, and visualization results into a unified system. This approach ensures consistency of data transformation and improves the overall efficiency of the design process. The research methodology is based on the analysis of modern scientific publications, comparative analysis of traditional CAD systems and AI-based tools, as well as modeling and experimental validation using a case study of interior design. The main results of the study demonstrate that the integration of artificial intelligence into modeling workflows significantly reduces the time required for visualization and improves the quality of design solutions. In particular, the application of the proposed model allowed reducing the visualization time from 10.5 hours to approximately 1.5 hours. The value of the conducted research lies in its contribution to the development of integrated AI-driven approaches in architectural design, improving decision-making processes and enabling automated generation of design alternatives. The practical significance of the results is the possibility of applying the proposed information model in real architectural practice, including BIM environments and digital twin technologies.
