| Abstract: | In endurance-constrained multi-UAV delivery systems, the dynamic variation of remaining battery energy may lead to reachability failures and cross-region conflicts when conventional static service partitioning methods are adopted. To address this issue, this paper proposes a multi-UAV task scheduling method that integrates dynamic weighted Voronoi partitioning with a cooperative buffer zone mechanism. Based on a multi-stage energy consumption model, the remaining reachable range of each UAV is estimated, and service boundaries are adaptively adjusted through dynamic weight updating. Meanwhile, cooperative buffer zones between neighboring service areas enable task takeover when the originally assigned UAV becomes unreachable. Simulation results show that, compared with non-partitioned scheduling and static Voronoi partitioning strategies, the proposed method improves task completion and reachability while reducing the average energy consumption per task, demonstrating enhanced robustness and cooperation performance.
