| Abstract: | The article reports on the sales performance of industrial lasers worldwide in 2005. Revenues for carbon dioxide laser increases by six percent. Fiber lasers gain the biggest revenue which is 65 percent. Demand for direct diode and excimer lasers grew by 12 percent. An 18 percent increase of revenues accumulated for solid-state laser systems. |
