| Abstract: | The article attempts to retrace and remeasures a possible way in order to find paths leading toward international cooperation which have already been cut due to social problems. One of these problems pertains to the development of an organization capable of securing international cooperation from national states to further national interests. According to the author, solution to social problems arising from scientific progress becomes more possible as there is increased knowledge of the precise elements involved. With this contention, progress in solving complex problems of intentional cooperation may best be achieved by reducing the number of variables. |
