Abstract: The article examines the role of a manager in implementing software development projects. There are several factors that can influence the discharge of a project manager's jobs. First, he may be influenced by his team members and the organization in which he is functioning. Second, the way he operates may also be influenced by government, communities, clients and unions, among others. There is also the interaction of leadership and situation that a project manager has to contend with.
