Abstract: The article discusses the plan to form an I-81 Corridor Coalition by states passing through the interstate. Considering that interstates extend to multiple states that requires separate planning processes and programs, concerned citizens are organizing to collectively address problems in the I-81. Cumberland County Commissioner Rick Rovegno highlights the need for a planning body with a regional scope and sets a planning meeting in September 2007.
