| Abstract: |
The article presents a study that investigates variations in mean drag between two flumes using replicate test object under similar flow conditions. The study has measured drag on three pairs of replicate objects, which is two types of flexible artificial macrophyte and a rigid cylinder, in two flumes differing in width. Owing to different flumes widths, the blockage ratios differed between the flumes for the macrophytes and the cylinders. |
