Abstract: The article presents ten suggestions for librarians to incorporate emerging technology into library systems. The importance of relinquishing control, allowing for beta phases for library and technological services, and maintaining transparent communication are discussed. The author also suggests trying a variety of tools, learning to recognize which trends are potential opportunities, and offering opportunities for inclusive learning. The article warns against overthinking all technical decisions, failing to plan projects, and avoiding evaluation.
