Abstract: The article focuses on the pilot project Chemistry for Our Future (CFOF) of the Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC) which aims to address the declining students of chemical sciences in Great Britain. It states that the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE) granted the RSC with 3.25 million pounds to run the project which strives to meet their goals such as expansion of outreach programs that promote chemistry and modify undergraduate curricula for the students' changing needs. It mentions that one of the significant successes of CFOF was the dissemination of best practices which resulted to a new spirit of collaboration among chemistry departments in various universities. It adds that CFOF also aims for the usage of electronic response system to facilitate student involvement.
