Abstract: The article discusses OpenSocial API computer software suite, a program interface that can create interoperable application software within the context of multiple online social networks. The OpenSocial's standard can be used by a social network to give third-parties access to the network's social graph. The applications are based on gadget architecture and standard Web technologies. Social networking platforms can offer People and Relationships and Activities and Notifications services with OpenSocial API.
