| Abstract: | Problems related to computerization and smart operation of universal and instrument measuring microscopes are examined. Methods of increasing the sighting accuracy at prismatic and cylindrical edges of objects are proposed based on solving inverse problems in mathematical optics. These algorithms can be used to measure prismatic and cylindrical objects with micrometer accuracy without employing measuring blades. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
