| Abstract: | The article presents a study on biomimetric carbonic anhydrase (CA)-based carbon dioxide (CO2) sequestration and carbonate conversion. The authors investigated the partially purified CA enzymes from Micrococcus lylae, Pseudomonas fragi, and Bacillus pumilus using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and x-ray diffraction (XRD). Results show that P. fragi has significantly high carbon dioxide sequestration capacity than from B. pumilus and M. lylae. |
