| Abstract: | The article presents the preliminary findings of a study on teenager attitudes towards gambling in Great Britain. Sixty-two percent of the participants cited that the legal age for gambling is 18 years old. Sixty-eight percent stated that to win money is the main reason why people gamble. It notes that the results indicate that young people appear to have some strong viewpoints in relation to many aspects of gambling and problem gambling. |
