Abstract: The author discusses aspects of the U.S. Education Savings Accounts (ESAs) and its grand advance offer for charter schooling in the country. He is critical on the ways for improving the cost-effectiveness of K-12 spending in the U.S. Also investigated is the effectiveness of Known as Education Savings Accounts program from education policymakers by giving public-education money to K-12 parents to deal with the high cost of K-12.
