Abstract (English): Creative and care practices seem to have gone hand in hand since the beginning of the human being, as shown by some anthropological evidences. However, it is from Modernity, that has been forming a mechanized image of the body that has been disconnecting their medical care from the psychological, social and cultural aspects. This conception has reached the present day, distancing both disciplines and making them almost antagonistic as far as the experience of the person is concerned. However, in recent decades, we have witnessed a shift in certain theoretical positions and care practices that claim their necessary interrelation and the recovery of creative practices as a therapeutic instrument. In this article, we review some recent empirical evidence obtained from artistic practices such as painting, theater or music. In this line, 5th International Health Humanities Conference celebrated in Seville in 2016 had as main objective to put in the center of the debate the mutual influence of the arts and health. In this way, it became a forum for exchange of diverse proposals and interesting results, some of which we reflect in the present monograph. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
[ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
