| Abstract (English): |
Vocational training and career guidance in the contemporary world is a dynamic process, it represents a complex challenge that education must face at the present time. The research process was carried out on a dialectical-materialist basis and methods were employed at the theoretical, empirical and statistical-mathematical levels, such as the system approach, modeling, analysis and synthesis, observation, interview, documentary analysis and descriptive statistics the percentage analysis, which allowed the diagnosis of the educational reality and the evidence of the practical validity of the work. The study was carried out in primary schools in the municipality of Los Palacios, working with teachers and sixth graders. The investigation allowed to determine within the regularities identified in the diagnosis, the deficiencies of the teachers to develop this process with the students. To achieve this challenge, a pedagogical strategy was designed to strengthen the process of vocational training and career guidance for agricultural careers in sixth grade teachers. La formación vocacional y orientación profesional en el mundo contemporáneo se desarrolla como un proceso dinámico y representa un complejo reto que debe asumir la educación en los momentos actuales. Este proceso investigativo se realizó sobre una base dialécticomaterialista y se emplearon métodos del nivel teórico, del nivel empírico y estadístico-matemáticos, tales como el enfoque de sistema, la modelación, el análisis y la síntesis, la observación, la entrevista, el análisis documental y de la estadística descriptiva y el análisis porcentual. Estos métodos permitieron el diagnóstico de la realidad educativa y la evidencia de la validez práctica del trabajo. El estudio se llevó a cabo en las escuelas primarias del municipio Los Palacios y se trabajó con maestros y escolares de sexto grado. La indagación permitió determinar, dentro de las regularidades identificadas en el diagnóstico, las carencias de los maestros para desarrollar este proceso con los escolares. Para el logro de este desafío se diseñó una estrategia pedagógica para el fortalecimiento del proceso de formación vocacional y orientación profesional hacia carreras agropecuarias en los maestros de sexto grado.
