Abstract (English): The purpose of these lines is to think over the influence that the economic activity performs in the educational system, as the mode of production goods that prevails in a territory is connection to the knowledge that is transmitted, with what the population learns. The transmission of mother tongue is influenced by economic activity, the way of communicating, the structure of words, their meaning and significance, are not causal, given that the transformation of natural resources into specific goods mine the configuration of the concepts that are necessary to be able to communicate, the language that is generated must respond among other aspects to what and how it is produced. Abstract (Spanish): El objeto de estas líneas es reflexionar sobre la influencia que en el sistema educativo ejerce la actividad económica, cómo el modo de producir mercancías que prevalece en un territorio tiene relación con el conocimiento que se trasmite, con lo que aprende la población. La trasmisión de la propia lengua materna está influenciada por la actividad económica y esta determina la forma de conversar, la estructura de las palabras, su significado y significante; debido a que la transformación de los recursos naturales en mercancías determina la configuración de conceptos que son necesarios para poder comunicarse, el lenguaje que se genera debe responder entre otros aspectos a qué y cómo se produce.
