Abstract: The article discusses library publishing resources, including the membership organization the Library Publishing Corporation's (LPC's) offering a shared documentation portal online. An overview of university libraries' publishing, including their efforts to offer platforms for open access journals and Boston College Libraries' guidelines for establishing new journals, is provided.
