| Abstract (English): | The design work is a modality for the completion of the professional training in some educational institutions. Under this scheme, in general, what is intended is that the graduate has one more opportunity to approach to their occupational practice before receiving the university degree. This article presents pedagogical strategies based on the reflection for the subject Design I, prerequisite for obtaining the degree, which gives the student an approach to problem solving of problems and critical thinking with social commitment, through work scenarios that demand require oral and written communication. Precisely, the reflection strategies have been implemented in other subjects facilitating the learning of certain topics and contextualizing the student towards the reality of the environment. | Abstract (Spanish): | El trabajo de diseño es una modalidad para culminación de la formación profesional en algunas instituciones educativas. Bajo este esquema, en general, lo que se pretende es que el egresado tenga una oportunidad más para aproximarse a su ejercicio ocupacional antes de recibir el título universitario. En este artículo se presentan las estrategias pedagógicas fundamentadas en la reflexión para el curso Diseño I, prerequisito para grado, con las cuales se le aporta al estudiante el acercamiento a solución de problemas y pensamiento crítico con compromiso social, mediante escenarios de trabajo que exigen comunicación oral y escrita. Justamente, las estrategias de reflexión han sido implementadas en otros cursos facilitando el aprendizaje de ciertos temas y contextualizando al estudiante hacia la realidad del medio.
