Abstract: The article analyzes the role of religion in transforming the society amid issues of racism, inequality and indifference in the U.S. It explains the need to change how religious traditions present the faces of God and encourages churches, synagogues and mosques in the U.S. to unite the country. Also discussed is the call for unity by the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King.
