| Abstract (English): | Introduction: This thesis is a requirement of the Master's program in Popular Education of the University of Cauca. Objective: The study aims to elucidate the implications of enhancing the visibility of popular subjects in the process of recovering from the history of the conformation of the indigenous Resguardos in Colombia. Method: The study employed the critical research modality, which is known as the collective reconstruction of history, using the preparatory and reconstruction phases of the processes or experiences being investigated. Moreover, it utilized techniques, such as individual and collective interviews, in favor of the unstructured type in addition to memory activation devices. The study audiorecorded the transcripts and analyzed the narratives and information. Moreover, it conducted a partial interpretation of the findings and their synthesis and socialization. Results: They consisted in recognizing the importance of history; elucidating the resistance and struggle in the vindication of popular subjects as protagonists in the history of a community; and presenting evidence of the active role of schools during the process. Discussion and conclusion: Writing stories from the voices of protagonists implies a review of their roots to strengthen the community process. The school, as a space for the circulation of local knowledge, provided open paths for the continuance of the investigation on local community histories. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
| Abstract (Spanish): | Introducción: Este documento, producto de una tesis de investigación del programa de Maestría en Educación Popular de la Universidad del Cauca. Objetivo: Comprender las implicaciones de visibilizar a los sujetos populares en el proceso de recuperación de la historia de conformación de un Resguardo Indígena en Colombia. Método: Se abordó la modalidad investigativa crítica conocida como Re-construcción colectiva de la historia, mediante las fases preparatoria y de reconstrucción de los procesos o experiencias objeto de estudio, empleando técnicas como entrevistas individuales y colectivas privilegiando las no estructuradas, además se emplearon dispositivos de activación de memoria. Se realizó el registro y análisis permanente de las narraciones e informaciones, la interpretación parcial de los hallazgos, la síntesis y socialización de los mismos. Resultados: Consistieron en reconocer la importancia de la historia, la resistencia y la lucha en la reivindicación de los sujetos populares protagonistas de la historia en una comunidad, evidenciando el papel activo de la escuela durante el proceso. Discusión y Conclusiones: Escribir historias desde las voces de sus protagonistas implicó volver a la raíz para fortalecer el proceso comunitario. La escuela, espacio de circulación de saberes locales dejó caminos abiertos para continuar indagando sobre historias locales comunitarias. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
