Abstract: The article shares the experiences of Plano Public Library in Texas in transforming its outreach initiatives. Topics mentioned include the challenges the library faced in the transformation of outreach program and the solutions they used, some ways on how a library can expand the outreach initiative, the importance of training employees for outreach program, and the assessment of opportunities to help the library grow its outreach program.
