Abstract: The article informs about the annual online serials cancellation and renewal decisions of the Phillips Memorial Library, Providence, RI, U.S.A by the process of collecting, tracking, analyzing and visualizing the usage data. It also informs that the process results in significant cost savings that help the library achieve its mission of providing resources to support the College curriculum, and the recommendation for cancellation from the usage data of EBSCO database to control the cost.
